Africa hosts a significant population of refugees and migrants, many of whom have been displaced due to conflict, economic instability, and environmental crises. These vulnerable groups often face barriers to accessing essential services, leaving them reliant on fragmented humanitarian aid rather than integrated, long-term support systems.
