CHASP Advisory is building an African Expert Consultant Roster – and we want to hear from you. We are expanding our network of experienced professionals and technical experts who can contribute to consulting, research, and advisory engagements across the development and humanitarian sectors, including specialized trainings in the technical areas listed below.
What We’re Looking For
We seek professionals with demonstrated expertise across areas including:
Who We Welcome
- Proven technical expertise and at least 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the sectors listed
- Strong technical expertise, practical field experience, and contextual knowledge of Africa
- Consulting experience or sectoral leadership in the development and humanitarian sectors
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultural and institutional settings
- Willingness to work remotely, with periodic travel as required by assignments

Location & Application Type
Location: Applications are welcome from all African countries, with encouragement for applicants based in Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Rwanda, Zambia, Mozambique, The Gambia, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.
Application Type: Open Talent Roster (Contractual and Project-Based).
This is a project-based consultant roster, not a salaried employment opportunity. Experts on the roster may be engaged when CHASP Advisory secures assignments that require their expertise.

How long does it take to make a decision after an interview?
Once we’ve finished interviewing all of the selected candidates and completed reference and background checks, we make the decision within a few weeks.
What is your interview process?
It depends. Our process may include application screening, interviews, assessments where applicable, reference checks, and final selection.
