About CHASP Advisory

CHASP ADVISORY supports governments, non-profits, and the private sector to identify and deliver development and humanitarian programs with pace, certainty, and strategic agility. What We’re Looking For:

We seek professionals who bring:

  • Proven technical expertise and at least 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors:
    1. Social Protection and Policy
    2. Public Health
    3. Education
    4. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
    5. Quantitative and Qualitative Research
    6. Program Management
  • Strong research and analytical skills and experience designing, implementing, or evaluating programs in development or humanitarian settings.
  • Consulting experience or sectoral leadership in collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, or development partners (e.g., UN agencies, bilateral donors, foundations).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultural and institutional settings. Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially French, Somali, Swahili, or Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work remotely, with periodic travel as required by assignments.

Location: While applications from all African countries are welcome, we especially encourage applicants based in: Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Rwanda, Zambia, Mozambique, Gambia, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa
