CONSULTANCY TO SUPPORT GOVERNMENT OF KENYA TO IMPLEMENT ON DEMAND REGISTRATION FOR THE NICHE PROGRAMME
Significant progress has been made in tying to deal with challenges to beneficiary registration, especially through ODR approach.
One of the key milestones shas been the development of a system fully dedicated to the implementation of ODR, which would, among other options, allow for both assisted registration of beneficiaries as well as self-registration by beneficiaries who determine themselves to be eligible and can prove eligibility. The developed MIS provides for the registration of beneficiaries into the NICHE program through three main interfaces.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT
The consultancy focuses on supporting the state department of social protection to roll out and implement ODR for the NICHE programme across target counties/sub-counties that include.
